INTA Gems understands that for certain reasons, a client may request a return of a jewelry item.

Re-stocking fees may be applied depending on the duration of usage.  

*Within 30 Days     $100 Restocking Fee 

*After 30 Days       Subject to Review 

Items must be returned in its original condition. The center diamond/gem must not contain any chips, breaks, and/or scratches.  We will inspect the diamond or gems for any damage. Jewelry that is damaged beyond reasonable repair will not be accepted.  Extra fees may apply for items that have been damaged. INTA Gems reserves the right to refuse an item back if the item has been damaged while in the customer’s possession.  

All the original paperwork must accompany the return including its independent grading report (GIA or EGL certificate). If an item is returned without its original independent grading report, there is an additional $250 charge.   

The refund that will be issued will be the original price minus any taxes and re-stocking fees. The refund will be issued as a company check or store credit.
