OUR GUARANTEE

Happiness is what we want to hear!  We guarantee our colored gemstones and diamonds are genuine from the earth.  We never sell synthetic or glass filled gems unless otherwise disclosed at our store in-person or in the product description. Our color gemstones and diamonds are cut and polished by professionals who have been in the industry for a long time.  We have two full-time GIA Graduate Gemologists on staff to ensure at our high quality standards meet your expectations.      

MOUNTING GUARANTEE

For twelve months from the date of purchase, we guarantee the mounting for your jewelry against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period that is due to a manufacturing.  We take pride in the quality.  Damages due to wear and tear, we can help you fix it with our polish and finishing services for a small fee. Most polishing services cost less than $50.  

TRADE-IN POLICY

We offer a diamond trade-in program, you may trade in your diamond for another diamond at least double the size. The trade-in is determined by your original purchase price, excluding tax or any shipping shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Color gemstones are also available for trade-in but are at a case-by-case basis.  

FREE CLEANING

Bring in your INTA Gems & Diamonds jewelry to our store every 3 months for free steam cleaning.  It normally takes a 15-30 minutes for the free cleaning.  We can perform this free service for our clients between the hours of 11 am to 5 pm.  This offer is for in-store cleaning only.     

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

INTA Gems understands that certain reasons, a client may request a return of a jewelry item.  Re-stocking fees may be applied depending on the duration of usage.   

For Custom Orders

Within 30 days Less 20%
Within 60 days Less 30%
Within 90 days Less 40%
Within 120 days Less 50%
Within 150 days Less 60%
Past 150 days No Refund

Items must be returned in its original condition.  The center diamond/gem must not have any chips, breaks, scratches.  We will inspect the diamond or gems for any damage.  Jewelry that is damaged beyond reasonable repair will not be accepted.  Extra fees may apply for items with damage.  INTA Gems reserves the right to not accept an item back if the item has been damaged while in the customer’s possession beyond reasonable repair or if the gemstones or diamonds are damaged.  

All the original paperwork must accompany the return including its independent grading report (GIA or EGL certificate).   If an item is returned without its original independent grading report, there is an additional $200 charge.   

Refund will be original price less any taxes and re-stocking fees.  The refund will be issued back in the form of original payment, a check or store credit.  

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns for a full refund with no restocking fee for newly purchased items within 5 business days from the date you received your package. Please contact us at (213) 689-9650 before you ship any item back to us.
