Do you make custom rings or jewelry?

Yes, we offer custom work for our clients. We specialize in engagement rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, and we've made crowns as well. We always say that choosing a jeweler is a personal decision, and we say come and see us and we'll see if we can make what you're looking for. Most of the time, we can do it! And we want to that smile on your face when it's done.

Do you sell lab grown diamonds?

Yes, we sell both certified lab grown diamonds available. We have some lab grown diamonds in stock and can order to specs if you submit a request.

Do you offer financing or a layaway plan?

We have partnered with Synchrony Bank and they offer 6 month (no interest) as long as you make the minimum monthly payments and pay it all off in 6 months. You'll get your bling and happy face. You'll just need a major credit card and a government ID for identification purposes to apply at the store.

How long does it take to custom make a ring?

Keep in mind that we have many semi-mounts that are ready to be set with a centerstone of choice that can be set same day. It can take about 1-2 hours and you can have your ring ready in a few hours. Depending design, if we are making a ring from scratch, it can take us about 1-4 weeks. Most average 2-3 weeks.

Do I need an appointment to browse your jewelry at your store?

We welcome both walk-ins and appointments to INTA Gems. If you have a specific request, we do recommend appointments. We have a extensive gemstone inventory and if there is something specific that you need, it's better to let us know in advance so we can make best use of your time. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for, feel free to come in and take a look at our jewelry designs, we'll be happy to help you.
